What do you call the payment in english that still have to be paid by the customer?

What do you mean? Do you mean like the money that still needs to be paid? Usually that would be a "bill" If thats not it then if you clarify i can totally help (:
You can call it the 'balance due' or residual or bill. Many ways to express 'payment.'
For example, a girl ordered me a dress worth $ 150 , she paid me 100, 50 is due on her, which have to be paid on the time of delivery of the dresses, now if i want to present her a bill, what would i call that $ 50, that still needs to be paid?
Well, I think balance due is the right phrase for it. I'm giving rainbow a medal for it :)
