The solution is supposed to be 81,256. I have no idea how they got there

lets substitute sqrX=t--------> t-7t^2+12=0----> -7t^2+1+12=0 D=b^2-4ac==1-4*(-7)*12>0 X1=(-b+sqrD)/2a X2=(-b-sqrD)/2a then we substitute in t....this is how they must have gotten it :)
