what is the point of this part of openstudy?(just wondering)

I'm inferring that this section looks like it's for questions, suggestions, and comments for the OpenStudy staff. I saw that the feedback tab is on every 'page' so that if something didn't work, the posting person could immediately notify the staff right away. I'm glad it's here if I have to report something. :-)

rainbow nailed it. This group is where we chill and check for feedback first. The feedback tab on the left is better for suggesting features, because that way people can vote if they want the feature and we can get a better feel for when many people want the same thing. This doesn't guarantee that we'll add that feature, just that we'll consider it when we're thinking about what to add next.
