Is this is the replication of a cell? This would be prophase in mitosis or propahse I in meiosis.
@biology111 it may be clevage or furrowing in amitosis.. or anything else .. will you please clarify...?
It is in prometaphase if its mitosis. Clevage furrow refers to the division of the cytoplasm in animal cells. I think the answer for your question is indeed prometaphase (in some texts it is just simply under prophase)
