The perimeter of a polygon is all the sides added up. Like, for a rectangle, it's base + height + base + height, oooor, 2 base + 2 height. The area is the entire area engulfed in the polygon. Like, for a circle, it's the inside of the circle itself. Or, A=pi(r)^2
