time(3)  to frist equation , time (2) second equation ,you have
                9x -6y=9
Add;         8x+6y=76
           ---------------
                 17x   = 85
                     x = 85/17
                     x =5
plug x=5 solve for y , u can plug frist or second equation ,I plug frist equation
      3(5)-2y = 3
       15 -2y=3
               y=(3-15)/-2
               y =6
