Yeah sorry guys... I've been looking at it. There's an issue with our framework trying to clean some stuff up that's locking the server up completely every 20 seconds or so. Unfortunately it takes about 5-10 seconds for it to finish cleaning up, so there isn't much time to actually process the stuff that is happening on the site.

I think I've disabled the root cause, but it can take up to 20 minutes for that to become apparent with the site performance. We're ~10 minutes in.
