what to do with this? If you need to simplify it the answer is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2sqrt{x+2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i know the answer but don't know the steps to get there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first factor out the two 2(x+2)/(sqrt(x+2)) then multiply by (sqrt(x+2)) by demonator and numerator. and you get (2(x+2)*(sqrt(x+2))/x+2 then multiply the top 2sqrt(x+2)(x+2)/(x+2) then cancel out the common factor (x+2) and you are left with 2sqrt(x+2)
