There are infinitely many circles that can intersect a point.
0,0 is the origin
Yes, 0,0 is the origin.
Not sure how that affects anything.
I think he means the center points is in the origin

That would certainly be more specific.
My mistake
Just use the distance between two points (0,0) and (-8,2) the result is the radius
and the formula is X^2 + y^2 = r^2 where r is the radius
