Jim is selling hot dogs at a ball game. It cost Jim $250 to purchase everything to make the hot dogs. Jim sells hot dogs for $2.00 each. If he sells h hot dogs, which equation models his profit (P)? P = 2h + 250 P = 2h - 250 P = 250h + 2 P = 250h - 2

Should be the second answer P=2h-250, right? Because you have to subtract the 250 he spent and then you have to multiply the number of hot dogs he sells by the two dollars.
