Given that the polynomial function has the given zero, find the other zeros. f(x)=x^3-8x^2+17x-30; 6

OpenStudy (anonymous):

other two are complex, is that ok?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If a questions says "use the leading-term test to match the function with the correct graph"... is that any different than just inputting the function into the graphing calculator as i normally would

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well it says "find the other zeros" they are not real so you will only see this cross the x-axis once at 6.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah put it in the calculator, that is what i would do

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok. the possible answers have irrational answers
