what is 9 to the power of 9 + 9 times 8 and then the square root of that number. Then u add 4 to that. Wats the answer.

It certainly doesn't look like an integer unless I'm misreading the problem.

\[\sqrt{9^{9+9}*8}\]+4 is this right?
\[\sqrt{9^{18}}*\sqrt{8}+4=9^{18/2}*\sqrt{4}\sqrt{2}+4=9^9*2*\sqrt{2}+4\]
