OpenStudy (anonymous):

This one is just pythagorean theorem.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i can do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i can't do it

OpenStudy (immanuelv):

to find the "Y" you need to do Pythagorean theorem.... so it is \[4^{2} + 8^{2}\]= 80... then you do \[\sqrt{80}\] that will give you the "Y"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got 8.9442

OpenStudy (immanuelv):

that is the Y!

OpenStudy (immanuelv):

to find the "X" you do: \[8^{2}-7^{2}\] =15 then you do \[\sqrt{15}\] that will give you the X!

OpenStudy (immanuelv):

did that help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea and veryhelpful thank

OpenStudy (immanuelv):
