There are n teams in a league and the number of games played is given by the polynomial n^2-n-n. A women's softball league has 13 teams. What is the total number of games to be played?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are you sure it is \[n^2-n-n\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because this is just \[n^2-2n\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if so just replace n by 13, but i am thinking that this is a typo

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is how the question reads the women league has 13 teams
