What are the domain and range of each relation? Is the relation a function? C=(1/2,5), (3,7), (3/2,5),(1/2,-1)

Ok.What does that mean?
if a value repeats, you aint got to write it twice

well 1st tends to mean 1st and 2nd tends to mean 2nd...... cant really explain it simpler..

1/2 repeats under D so only use it once tho; and 5 repeats under R but only use it once
