I was wondering if i did this problem right. (4y - 2)³ (4y-2)² * (4y-2) (16y²-16y+4) * (4y-2) 64y³-32y²-64y²+32+16y-8 so after simplifying the answer is: 64y³-96y²+16y+24

OpenStudy (amistre64):

(16y²-16y+4) * (4y-2) ------------------ 64y^3 -64y^2 +16y -32y^2 +32y -8 ----------------------

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think you got wrong with 32.. it's supposed to be 32y

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[64y ^{3}-96y ^{2}+48y-8\]

OpenStudy (amistre64):

64y^3 -96y^2 +48y -8 perhaps
