bourgeious refers to people who own things (like, factories) rather than people who sell their labour, although in common usage it just means the weathier class.

A person belonging to middle-class is known as Bourgeois. In Marxist theory it referred to a member of the property-owning class. A class driven by materialistic pursuits.
