2x-x=6/3 -4/4 x=2-1 x=1
x=1

i explain you
x+6/3 = 2x+4/4 now cross multiply 4(x+6)=3(2x+4) 4x+24=6x+12 4x-6x=12-24 -2x=-12 divide both side by -2 x=6
