Can i use ajax & msaccess db together..?

I haven't used MSAccess in my lifetime, so what i can assure is that, if you can access MSAccess from any of the scripting languages like Perl, Python etc... or Java. You can do it :)

Yes you can use them together.
But it depends how you want to use them .

Ya its possible,...For Ex:The values from a MSAccess data table can be used as values for an AutoSuggest Ajax Text box,.The script for this can be either in JAVA or Perl or wateva which suits u best.
