what is primary ,secondary ,and tertiary alcohols???

A primary alcohol has the hydroxyl group on a carbon with two hydrogens on it (the end of a chain); a secondary alcohol has the hydroxyl group on a carbon with one hydrogen on it (in the middle of a chain) and a tertiary alcohol has the hydroxyl group on a carbon with no hydrogens on it.
