First: http://www.mathtv.com click "basic math" and then "fractions exponents...etc." Second-- do you understand how to do something like (2/3)^2 ? I need to know this before I can really begin helping. :)
(5 x 5 x 5 ) . (2 x 2) ---------------- (8 x 8 x 8) . (5 x 5) Cancel out two 5s in the denominator and the two 2s in the numerator = 5/128
