anyone help with distributive properties
i get this far, then blank out.. 35-56x =4x+3

$$7-(5-8x)=4x+3$$
$$7-5+8x=4x+3$$
$$2+8x=4x+3$$
$$8x-4x=3-1$$
$$4x=2$$
$$x=\frac{2}{4}=\frac{1}{2}$$

step 1, remove parentheses distributing the minus sign.  
step 2, combine like terms  7-5=2
step 3, subtract 4x from both sides and subtract 2 from both sides
step 4 , divide by 2

$$4x=1$$
