OpenStudy (amistre64):

ahh .... that r^2= typo had me confused

OpenStudy (amistre64):

r^2+81=r^2+60r+900 ; -r^2 both side 81 = 60r +900 ; -900 both sides -819 = 60r ;/60 -819/60 = r = -13.65

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the r^2 i mean to be r squared sorry

myininaya (myininaya):

amistre is correct

myininaya (myininaya):

ok so we have r+81=r+60r+900?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

myininaya (myininaya):

81=60r+900 -819=60r r=-819/60=-13.65
