DNA test is a medicolegal test usually done to detect or prove cases like paternity conflict, rape,...etc..... in this the genetic material obtained from the suspect and victim is matched to find out if their is any correlation between the 2. the dna is separated with enzymes ,multiplied with PCR and then matched with some assay process like ELISA.
