desert ecosystem is the predominant one as Saharan desert cover most of Egypt.

Egypt is a vast country, there can be many ecosystems in a locality, but one is sure to find all varieties of ecosystems in a country like egypt. Studying egypt's geography will help you out. Do you understand what constitutes an ecosystem?

I m sure, apart from obvious desert ecosystem, u can find varieties like freshwater ecosystem (in rivers and ponds), some desiduous forest ecosystems, an oasis would constitute an ecosystem in itself too. There are many more, u just need to look around.
