OpenStudy (anonymous):

are u sure that anything is there like " interval of a slope " ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think when the curve is piecewise linear then for an interval the curve is linear and for that interval the slope is constant

OpenStudy (anonymous):

uh how about interval of positive-negative slope or something like that? I'm not quiet sure myself what the question is actually asking :\ soz

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe the question is something like this suppose your line has slope m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then if you your domain has length L, the range will have length mL

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for example if your line has slope 3 and are considering the domain from 0 to +, the length of the range will be 3*6=18

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i meant 0 to 6 not "0 to +"
