measure of an angle is usually done in two ways
degrees: make a complete rotation and call it 360. then take whatever portion of the complete rotation you have. so a straight angle would be 180 and a right angle would be 90 etc

second way is radian measure. make a circle with center at your angle and then take arc length divided by radius of the circle. easiest to do if radius is one because dividing by 1 is like doing nothing.
