Most native English speakers can't spell very well either...so that should not be a burden. One thing - practice helps so no txtspeak write everything out every time that will force you to use and spell the words correctly.

To overcome nervousness of speaking, try to listen as often as possible to mother tongue English speakers and try to say back phrases like them, that you have understood. The radio is a great place for this and the internet is full of digital stations. www.bbc.co.uk is a good site try radio 4 as it is mostly spoken wors. I still listen to it.

I like the idea of speaking in English only for extended periods. Also try to read as many books as you can in English and start a notebook where you write down 5-10 words every day. Write down their meaning, and construct a sentence. Pay attention to their spelling. This will improve your vocabulary and spelling.

Correcting your spelling? 1. Read English articles or news. 2. Stop using abbreviations of words. 3. listen to some English interviews on YouTube or in news, then, write down some useful phrases that you recalled, it can help boost your memory to adopt new vocabularies.
