She is the wife of the Dictator who has the power of life or death over everyone...you cannot suspect her... it would be unhealthy

In general context it means a person X cannot be brought under suspicion for a matter that has gone bad because he/she himself/herself is a stake-holder in the matter and that the person himself has suffered losses due to the unfortunate incident that occurred.
