She is the wife of the Dictator who has the power of life or death over everyone...you cannot suspect her... it would be unhealthy

Caesor's wife cannot be suspected in the assassination of Julius Caesar because she was too close to and trusted by Caesar himself. In general context it means a person X cannot be brought under suspicion for a matter that has gone bad because he/she himself/herself is a stake-holder in the matter and that the person himself has suffered losses due to the unfortunate incident that occurred.
