can someone tell me wat can i do 2 score high in my SAT's ?

Well, I scored a 1290, reading and math combined no writing. Writing alone I got a 590, and reading was 700 for me. You could always take an SAT prep course, but if you're talking about the one on Saturday, I don't think there's much you can do at this point except get a lot of sleep and come prepared(:

REALLY U HAVE TO DEVELOP A STUDY TIME WITH TUNED DOWN CATHARTIC MUSIC LIKE BAROQUE MUSIC....AND TRY NOT TO SPEAK LOUD WEN TALKING TO SOMEONE IF UR PREPARING FOR A TEST, IT CAN CARRY U AWAY INTELLECTUALLY. SO U WANT TO WANE THE VOLUME OF UR VOICE BUT SPEAK ASSERTIVELY AND OFCOURSE STUDY ASSIDIOUSLY, TRY THIS..IT WONT FAIL

Have you worked through the SAT prep books?  You should buy one and work through the examples, work through the solutions, then do the timed tests.  Spend some time every day to work on this systematically.  Read the guide and pay attention to the strategies.
