an oil company ditributes oil in a metal can shaped like a cylinder that has an actual radius of 15.1 cm and a height of 15.1 cm. a worker incorrectly measured the radius as 5 cm and the geight as 15 cm. determine the relative error in calculating the surface area to the nearest thpusandth . help please !

the formula for finding the volume of a cylinder is (Pi)R^2H. so what i did was plug in the actual measurements for the cylinder and divided that by the mistaken measurements for the cylinder. the % error is (correct number)/(Incorrect number) .
