they are equal iff a=c
b=d

@krish - y not consider the imaginary part???
as far as i know u can only define equality for two complex nos. as told by dipankar. U can't define inequality in terms of the complex nos. but inequality can be defined in terms of their magnitudes.
In short, There is no comparison between two complex numbers only equality.
