I need to say that "Human beings are capable of emotions and they live with them" /But the wording is not nice. Can someone please give a better wording?

Human beings have emotions and some are better at dealing with them than others depending on their own capabilities. I hope this sounds better?

Maybe:

Humans are capable of experiencing a wide range of emotions. The challenge is learning to live with their emotions as each individual stumbles through awkward moments and into new experiences. 

What ever you chose to do, drop the word "beings." It is redundant. There is no other kind of humans.
