how to find the LCM of each pair of polynomials . x^ and x ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x^? What power is it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

squared = 2 power

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay. So if you multiply out x^2 a few terms and x a few terms you can find the COMMON multiples. So: x^2,x^4,x^6,x^8,... x,x^2,x^3,x^4,... So the common multiples are x^2,x^4,x^6,... so the LEAST common multiple would be the x^2 :)

okay thank you :)

No problem :)
