Ordinary water boils at 100 degree celcius. Can it be made to boil at 95 degree celcius or 105 degree celcius?

Yes it can by varying pressure conditions for eg in a pressure cooker water boils at a temperature higher than 100 as there is a higher pressure. If you lower the pressure water boils at alower temperature .
