let sqrt(2theta)=t then u get sint / t t ->0
lim X-->0 of sinx/x=1 tht's smth tht is given and u have to remember ...
1 is the limit
what you need to know to do this is that \[lim_{x->0}\frac{sin(x)}{x}=1\]
of course that limit is no different than \[lim_{x->0}\frac{sin(2x)}{2x}=1\]
and the square root of one is one.
then again maybe it was \[lim_{x->0} \frac{sin(\sqrt{x})}{\sqrt{x}}\] which is of course the same
or even \[lim_{x->0}\frac{sin(2\sqrt{x})}{2\sqrt{x}}\]

you know now that i think about it maybe this is a trick
and you are supposed to say that the limit does not exist
because the domain of thing beast is \[x\geq 0\] and therefore you cannot approach 0 from the left
now that i think of it...i think satellites right
so perhaps that was the point of this question

oh..i got it!!
but from the left side, if u put 0-h for theta, ud get the root of a negative number, which doesnt exist, for real
cannot take a limit because the function does not exist to the left. on account of the square root.
