Students seem to be copy/pasting some problems directly from what appears to be work which is intended to be graded. In other words, it seems as if they are cheating or breaking honor codes on assessments by seeking external help. Once again, some sort of system to alert mods regarding this kind of activity might be useful.

i think introducing a system like that is highly impossible. moreover u don't know whom to alert .

In my opinion the bigger problem is, when people simply give the answers to those problems instead of helping the inquirer to solve it him/herself.

as you well said, it's about an "honor code"... and honor codes cannot be regulated, only by the submitter
