what is an example? slope is rise/run, so a graph of y=1/2x would mean that it rises 1 unit for every 2 units it travels to the right

hei chill,it easy. u'll be given a linear equation say 3y+4x=6; now put x=0 find y(=2 here) and similarly for x(=3/2 here). so now in the graph mark the point (0,2) and (3/2,0) and join them with a line. u'll graph the slope.

did you get it ?
