I need to say that "the only ones who have emotions are the ones who who understand them" in my english paper. but I need proper wording for that ,,plss help :(

It's not really a truism so it's difficult to express without it sounding like teenage drama. Everyone has emotions but not everyone recognizes what they are feeling. Unless you're writing fiction, and this doesn't apply to humans, it needs serious work. Maybe: Those who recognize their emotions open the gate to understanding. Emotions cannot be understood until they are experienced. Emotions must be experienced to be understood. Emotions cannot be understood without experience. Yoda might say: Emotions. To understand, experience them you must. Good luck . . .
