Is it possible to make a pill,... containing all nutrients necessary for man? What extra substance could be used to inflate the pill so that intestines would still work enough and won´t die off.

Yes, it is possible,but i don't think 2000Kcal-3000kcal can be made into a single tablet, we have to take multiple tablets.
Intestines needs regular movements. An individual who is capable of take orally must take regular food and water according to the work he is doing. 
If he is taking the above told pill only, we have to resect out certain length of intestine, so that the digestive juices will not cause much problem. Inflating will not help as intended.
 Intestine will not die off if we eat that pill. Intestine will get(derive) energy from the pill we took, through blood.
