In 1992, the life expectancy of males in a certain country was 73.3 years. In 1996, it was 76.2 years. Let E represent the life expectancy in year t and let t represent the number of years since 1992. The linear function E(t) that fits the data is, E(t)= #t+# round to the nearest tenth. Use the function to predict the life expectancy of males in 2007. E(15)=# round to the nearest tenth.

for solving this assume e(t)=at+b; since its given e(t) is a linear function; now u hav two equations i.e. t=0,b=76.2 years. t=4,with =76.2 , u can find a; substitute back and get the answer for e(15) :)
so 4 years I get that... how is it 76.2 ...
