Hello!, Does anyone know if we need to add convertible notes in the calculation of net debt ????? please help =)

You should add the debt portion of convertibles to the book and market value of debt.

You mean that I do not need to add it in Net Debt right??

BruLee has it right. You have to break out the conversion option and treat it as equity.
