are you sure that there isnt a part missing in the question?
no, they gave us options, but i don't know how to work it. the options are: a(5,10) and (0.85,1.10) b(5, 1.10) and (10, 0.85) c(5, 0.85) and (10, 1.10)
then id say c, as this puts together the related numbers in a manner of (time,cost)
