just draw anything that when i gets to x = 0 continue it upper or lower and the discontinuity just put an open space on x = 5

just an open space for x=5? would the line y=3, for example, suffice with a hole somewhere at x=5?

removable means a hole; jump means a seperation; so you are probably looking at a piecewise function
