WHO EVER POST QUESTION AND HAS A GOOD ANSWER THAT THEY LIKE, GIVE A "MEDAL" OR THE "GOOD ANSWER" BUTTON THAT IS TO THE RIGHT OF THE ANSWER. THAT GIVES THE VOLUNTEERS INCENTIVE TO HELP MORE NOT JUST SIT AROUND AND NOT DOING ANYTHING.
