y=3(x-6) +3 if you add 3 to both sides which makes a line with slope 3 y-intercept at 3 x-intercept at 6 Part 4: What would be an example of a line perpendicular to your answer up above?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

similarly a perpendicular line has opposite and negative slop. since the slope is 3 it can also be written as 3/1 taking the opposite will result in 1/3 and taking the negative will result in -1/3
