can some one proof read my informal letter/essay?

it's decent. virtually no spelling or grammatical errors. Just change "use" to "used" in the second sentence, and on the second page you wrote "plus what I ate yesterday". You're referring to a time in the past, so that needs to be changed to "what I ate the day before".
