3u^2+7u+2=0
3u^2+6u+u+2=0
3u(u+2)+(u+2)=0
(u+2)(3u+1)=0
u=-2
u=-1/3
but u=x^(-1)
x^(-1)=-2
x=-1/2
x^(-1)=-1/3
x=-3
