Arghh! Now I'm pissed! Where are all my notifications at? Why don't they let me see my notifications once I click on a question I answered.?

Depends on when you last logged in, but we did add some game-like features in the past day or so. What R are you referring to? The 4 in the bubble in the lower right next to your avatar is your level in this group.
