Heat destroys most of the proteinacious toxins secreted by microorganisms with few exceptions like EHEC , by denaturing them. Chemicals like organophosphates, Mercury, lead etc will remain .....and is not destroyed by heat.

Heat? How hot? Like Nuclear reaction heat or Easy Bake Oven heat? If it's Chinese food you left in the back seat of your car over the weekend then no, the car did not get hot enough to save you from food poising. Do not eat the noodles.
